  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cyclingmood.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items show signs of use, are missing tags, or are outside the return window).

6. International Returns & Exchanges

  • For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not offer free exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
